This Return Policy explains cancellation, rescheduling, and refund rules for NutraPalette consultation products purchased from Detoxifyherbdrai through detoxifyherbdrai.world or by direct agreement.

Right of withdrawal for consumers

If you are a consumer in Finland and purchase at a distance, you may have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Protection Act, unless an exception applies. For services, if you request that performance begins during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you may lose the right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed, the right may end when the consultation is completed.

Cancellations before the session

You may cancel or reschedule without charge if you notify us at least forty-eight hours before the confirmed session time by contacting contact@detoxifyherbdrai.world or +3585062377. We will offer a new time slot or a full refund of fees paid for the unused session.

Late cancellations and no-shows

Cancellations within forty-eight hours of the session or failure to attend without notice may result in forfeiture of that session. For multi-session products, only the affected session is forfeited unless otherwise agreed. We may, at our discretion, offer partial credit for documented emergencies.

Cancellation by NutraPalette

If we must cancel due to staff illness or unforeseen closure, you will receive a full refund or priority rescheduling at no extra cost. We will notify you as soon as possible using the contact details you provided.

Refunds after materials are delivered

Once personalised written materials or recordings have been delivered following a completed session, refunds are generally not available except where required by law or where the service was not provided with reasonable care and skill. If you believe delivered materials materially differ from the product description, contact us within fourteen days with specifics so we can review and, where appropriate, offer a partial refund or additional support session.

Defective services

Under Finnish consumer law, services must conform to the agreement and be performed with professional diligence. Remedies may include correction at no charge, price reduction, or termination and refund for a material breach. Contact us promptly to allow remedy.

How to request a refund

Send your booking reference, name, and reason for the request to contact@detoxifyherbdrai.world. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within fourteen business days unless banking systems require longer.

Non-refundable items

Third-party costs paid on your behalf, such as venue hire arranged at your request, are non-refundable unless recovered from the supplier. Promotional discounts are applied to refunded amounts proportionally.

Business clients

Corporate or business bookings may be subject to separate written terms. Where no separate terms exist, this policy applies to the extent mandatory consumer rules do not apply.

Partially used packages

For Seasonal Variety Session and Family Nutrition Roadmap, if one session has occurred and you cancel remaining sessions for reasons not attributable to us, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis minus an administrative fee of €25, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we may pause future bookings while the dispute is reviewed. We encourage direct communication so we can resolve concerns about consultation quality promptly.

Digital materials

PDF guides, cue cards, and email summaries are deemed delivered when sent to the address you provide. Please verify your inbox and spam folder. Replacement copies are provided on request at no charge if delivery failed due to our error.
